We are looking for you: BAR MANAGER🍻🍹🍸

Help us keep the festival spirits high!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Order alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
• Coordinate rental refrigerators
• Ensure sufficient stock of cups, straws & bar supplies
• Manage and support volunteers throughout the weekend
• Keep bars organized and fully stocked during the event
• Assist with set-up, take-down & basic inventory tracking

❗️Pre-festival prep + full weekend commitment required.

Operations Director – Calgary Ukrainian Festival

We are searching for an organized, community-minded leader to help bring our annual event to life😍

If you love working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating people, and supporting culture — this role is for you!

✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and collaborate with the festival caterer
• Plan and oversee bar & beverage service
• Secure and maintain all required AHS permits
• Lead, support, and inspire a team of volunteers
• Work closely with a fun and highly engaged board of directors
• Bring professionalism, enthusiasm, and passion for CUF’s mission
• Ensure festival operations run smoothly from start to finish

✨ Основні обов’язки:

• Координувати та співпрацювати з кейтерингером фестивалю
• Плануйте та контролюйте обслуговування барів та напоїв
• Захистіть та підтримуйте всі необхідні дозволи AHS
• Керувати, підтримувати та надихати команду волонтерів
• Тісно співпрацюйте з веселою та дуже залученою радою директорів
• Принесіть професіоналізм, ентузіазм та пристрасть до місії CUF
• Переконайтеся, що фестивальні операції проходять безперебійно від початку до кінця
