Traralgon parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 8am at Agnes Brereton Park, Traralgon, VIC, Australia. Traralgon parkrun is FREE and open to people of all standards and ages, both as volunteers and as runners / walkers. We encourage people of every ability to take part, from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians,

from juniors 5 years or older to those with decades of experience. All runners receive encouragement and enjoy being part of a community event open to all standards. Equally, our volunteer teams come from a huge variety of backgrounds and we urge everybody to get involved in organising their local events at least 3 times per year.

βœ… Keep left at all times (we share the path), only overtake when it is safe to do so, and be courteous to all people on the course.
βœ… One dog per runner/walker …
Please use a handheld lead..no waist leads
βœ… Under 11s must stay within arm's reach of a parent or guardian.
βœ… Only cross the finish line once to avoid timing confusion.
βœ… Hand in your token after finishing.
βœ… Parking and toilet facilities are available.

Good afternoon parkrunners!

Looking forward to seeing many of you bright and early, facing the weather for another parkrun!

Winter is coming, as evidenced by our projected fresh start temperature of 5 degrees. Gonna be the first of many weeks where staying in bed is the more appealing option (but when have we ever been known to make rational decisions here at T'gon??)

Thank you to all our volunteers as always, spaces filled well ahead of time this week, there are always more spots available for the coming weeks though so feel free to have a squizz for gaps over at https://www.parkrun.com.au/traralgon/volunteer/futureroster/.
