Meet Bobby Stuckey, Master Sommelier and one of the talented w**e and spirits headliners joining The Ritz-Carlton Cayman Cookout 2027.

With a 40-plus-year career in restaurants, including serving as w**e director at Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry, Bobby earned his Master Sommelier diploma in 2004 and co-founded his first restaurant, Frasca Food and W**e.

Since then, Bobby has helped grow Frasca Hospitality Group, which includes Scarpetta W**es, Pizzeria Alberico, Tavernetta, and Osteria Alberico, bringing the flavor and soul of Italy to destinations across Colorado.

Chef Stefano Secchi, the talent behind one-Michelin-starred and , joins The Ritz-Carlton Cayman Cookout 2027.

Through childhood summers spent in his father’s native Italy and years living and cooking in Emilia-Romagna, Chef Stefano developed a deep appreciation for the country’s diverse cuisine, honing his craft alongside celebrated chefs including Massimo Bottura at Osteria Francescana.

Today, he brings the rich culinary traditions of Italy to New York City through beautifully crafted pastas and precisely prepared regional classics, earning widespread acclaim.
