Our friends in Albany caught this in the Patrick Taylor Cottage - they always seem to be welcomed there by the resident spirits. sounds like footsteps and as if there is metal dragging and pots and pans being moved - no one was moving at the time - Give them some love and support and a follow!

I’ve been out and about doing appointments today, and I stumbled across a magnificent new location for an investigation! You can literally feel the energy vibrating off this place as you pass it, and I already picked up on at least two male energies waiting for us. 👻

The best part? I checked with the council, and it’s public land—zero permissions needed! It hasn't been investigated before from what I can tell, making it the perfect spot for some team fun.

To top off our already awesome run, we are finishing up with a house investigation, this incredible new team location, and we are hitting Midland very soon! Let's do this, ladies!

👻💰 APPARENTLY, WE HAVE A MONEY PROBLEM... 😂

Okay... the Stirling Arms is getting more and more interesting. 😂👻

During our investigation, we captured a male voice saying:

“Just one.”

We're still working out exactly what he was referring to, but remember we had a money/currency trigger object in the room.

Then we captured a female voice saying something along the lines of:

“It belongs to the girl.” 👀

And yes... I'm the girl. 😂

Even more interestingly, we've now caught the money actually moving TWICE on camera. 💰😳

But then things got even better...

In the same locked-off room, at after 1:30am, we captured one of the funniest EVPs I've heard:

“OOOH YEAAAH... WAKE UP, WAKE UP, IT'S SANTA!” 🎅😂

And here's the important part...

It is very clearly a child's voice.

There were NO children in the hotel at that time. None. it seems slightly distant as in somewhere else in the hotel maybe in the child's trigger object room - where we had a toy car! there also appears to be old music in the background - there was absolutely no music it was "dead" silent - excuse the pun!

Everyone there was an adult, and this was captured in a locked-off empty room.

So now I'm sitting here wondering...

Is there a little Stirling Arms resident who's decided the money is theirs? 😂💰

Did someone just say “Just one”, only to be told “It belongs to the girl”? 🤣

And has our little friend now decided that Santa has arrived early? 🎅👻

The combination of the voices, the trigger object and the fact that we've actually caught the money moving twice is making this particular bit of footage VERY interesting.

I'm nowhere near finished reviewing everything yet...

But I'm beginning to think the Stirling Arms might have a very cheeky little resident with a sense of humour. 😂❤️👻

And apparently Christmas shopping starts early when you're dead. 🎅💰🤣

SUNDAY SOUL TRUTHS | #01

Your Character Is Revealed in Difficult Times
TRY. LEARN. LET GO.

I had a really interesting conversation with a client recently about intention and access, and it got me thinking about a philosophy I've adopted this year.

Try first. Always. But know when it's time to let go.

I don't believe in walking away at the first sign of difficulty. I believe in communicating, trying to find solutions, giving people chances and doing my part.

But there comes a point where you've tried, you've communicated, you've given chances and you've done everything you reasonably can.

Sometimes, the healthiest thing you can do is step away and make room for something better.

One of the biggest lessons I've learnt is that I don't need to carry anger with me.

I forgive. But I learn.

I don't forget the lessons that difficult situations teach me, because those lessons help shape what I do differently moving forward.

My conduct and my character are important to me. Even when things are difficult, I know who I am and how I want to conduct myself.

I don't hit low blows.
I don't sneak around.
I don't deliberately hurt people.
I don't need to become nasty because a situation has become difficult.

I learn. I watch. I adjust.

And then I keep moving forward when it becomes obviously negative.

I've become much more intentional this year about the people, circumstances and energy I allow into my life.

I've stopped wasting time trying to find solutions with people who are more interested in creating problems.

I've stopped feeling that everything needs a response. If its disrespectful, Unconstructive, or Counterproductive i don't engage.

And honestly, I'm now in a better place than I've been in for a very long time.

Because when you start being intentional with what you will allow you create space.

Space for better people.
Better opportunities.
Better circumstances.
Better energy.
And ultimately, a better life.

So my advice is simple:

Try first.
Communicate.
Give people a chance.
Learn the lesson.
And when it's time, let go.

You don't have to carry everything with you into the next chapter. Things naturally fall away when there is not a spiritual alignment.

Take the wisdom.
Keep the lesson.
Leave the negativity behind.

And make room for the people and circumstances that are meant to be part of where you're going. ❤️✨

A question came up today about insurance and venue access 👻

It’s something that probably doesn’t get talked about much in paranormal investigating, but it’s an important part of running things responsibly.

When PPIA secures access to a location, that access is arranged specifically for PPIA and our current members operating as part of PPIA, for the activities agreed with the venue.

Our insurance works in the same way. It applies to PPIA and those current members operating under PPIA, for the activities covered by our policy.

So both the permission to be at a location and the insurance covering the investigation are connected to the organisation and the specific arrangements made for that event.

Those arrangements aren't transferable outside of that agreement.

When we work alongside other teams, we're always happy to collaborate, and many of those teams have their own insurance and arrangements in place.

It may seem like boring behind-the-scenes stuff, but making sure we have the right access, the right insurance and the right people covered is a really important part of running responsible paranormal investigations.

There is definitely more to running a paranormal tour than turning up with a K2 and hoping for the best! 😂👻

Do it properly. Protect your participants, your team and the venues that trust you. ❤️

👻 GLOBAL GHOST HUNT 2026 | STIRLING ARMS HOTEL 👻

A HUGE and genuinely heartfelt thank you to every single person who took part in last night's Global Ghost Hunt at the Stirling Arms Hotel. ❤️

What a night!

There were so many laughs, plenty of moments of absolute chaos, a few technical dramas 😂 and an incredible amount of activity throughout the night.

I'm fairly sure most of you are probably utterly shattered today after the hours we put in, but I really hope you all realise just how much I appreciated having you there.

It was honestly so much fun.

And wow... we had some activity!

As usual, it seems some of the most interesting things happened when the cameras weren't actually pointed in the right direction. Typical! 😂

BUT...

We had some of the best trigger object activity I have personally seen, and I am absolutely dying to get into that footage and see whether we actually managed to capture what was happening before the equipment started draining and things started getting a little interesting.

We also captured some stunning EVPs. There were moments where the responses genuinely blew me away, and I cannot wait to sit down properly and go through everything.

We had communication and activity involving lights, cat balls and REM Pods, although frustratingly, we didn't manage to get everything on camera.

And of course, we had our usual battle with electrical interference. 😂 Cameras turning themselves on, devices draining and equipment doing things it absolutely wasn't supposed to be doing.

At one point, the camera decided it was apparently far more interested in face tracking than actually filming what we were investigating. 🤣 Because obviously the camera knows best!

Apparently, it's all part of the fun!

One of the things I found particularly fascinating was meeting new characters we didn't even know were associated with the Stirling Arms, including activity in rooms we hadn't previously investigated, alongside some of our more familiar regulars.

And I have to say something about our new members who worked alongside us last night.

They worked bloody hard.

For some of them, this is still relatively new territory, and watching them throw themselves into the investigation, ask questions, hold their nerve and keep going was genuinely brilliant.

They were also supported by experienced investigators from another team who generously came along to work alongside us, and having that experience, knowledge and support was an absolute blessing.

This is exactly why working alongside other teams is so important. Supporting each other, sharing knowledge and working together makes such a difference. ❤️

To everyone who came along, investigated, filmed, helped with equipment, sat quietly when we needed silence, kept things moving, put up with the technical dramas and generally gave everything you had...

I'm seriously hoping we caught some of this on camera because there is a LOT to review.

Interesting photographs, unexpected camera activity, trigger objects, EVPs and hours of footage to go through...

And now comes the really exciting part:
