It is with great sorrow and deep sadness that we have received the news of the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Paul Graham.
We wish to extend our heartfelt condolences to his beloved wife, our dear Carol, to his family, friends, setting this sad news and feelings with our IFBB family in Australia, and to our entire worldwide IFBB family.
Paul was a great athlete, businessman, sports leader, and a true pioneer of our sport. He was one of the great founders of bodybuilding in Australia and Oceania, and the organizer of unforgettable international events that contributed enormously to the development and prestige of our discipline around the world.
Paul passed away after an illness that he faced with the same strength, dignity, and courage that always defined his life.
A man of extraordinary creativity, determination, and character, he inspired thousands of young people and athletes, promoting our sport and our lifestyle with passion and conviction. He was also a pioneer of our IFBB, always working with loyalty, courage, and unwavering commitment for the IFBB and for the values of bodybuilding.
I had the honor of knowing Paul and enjoying his genuine friendship since my earliest days in the IFBB. I always found in him a loyal companion, a great friend, and a person with whom I shared important decisions, activities, unforgettable moments of friendship, great workouts, and countless moments of camaraderie in gyms around the world, together with his beloved wife Carol.
To Carol, I send, in the name of all his friends around the world, and very personally, our love, deepest sympathy, and heartfelt affection.
Paul has left us physically, but he will remain forever in our memories and in our hearts.
Rest in peace, dear Paul.
