🐎 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – MT PERRY RACE DAY! 🐎

🙌 Many hands make Race Day possible!

The Mount Perry Race Club is looking for some wonderful volunteers to lend a hand at our Mt Perry Evolution Mining Race Day on Saturday 14 November 2026!

We have a few important roles to fill:

🧢 Merchandise Sales – 10am to 5pm

🎟️ Drink Ticket Sales – 4pm to 9pm

🍻 Marquee Bar Support – Assist our team with bar operations.

Whether you can spare a few hours or help for an entire shift, we'd love to hear from you!

Our Race Day is a fantastic community event, and it's the generosity of our volunteers that helps make it all happen.

💛 You don't need to be a racing expert — just bring a friendly smile, a willingness to help and some country community spirit!

📩 INTERESTED IN HELPING?

Send the Mount Perry Race Club a Facebook or Instagram message to register your interest.

Let's make the 2026 Mt Perry Evolution Mining Race Day one to remember!

🌳Bush Camping is available at our Mt Perry Evolution Mining Race Day.
⛺Camping is first in best dressed from Friday 13 November to Sunday 15 November. No need to book. But it will fill up quickly.
💲While there is no charge for camping your donation is greatly appreciated (the box is at the main gate when you walk down to the racing precinct.)
🔆There are no powered sites, we are totally bush camping meaning that you to be self-contained as there are only minimal facilities.
‼ Dogs are NOT allowed in the racing precinct. So, if you need to bring your fur baby with you, they will need to be secured in your camp and cannot go down to the racing precinct on Saturday 14 November.
❌ No fires are allowed at camps (unless we get some significant rain) as we are currently in a fire ban.

Finally, Mt Perry has very poor reception when it is just a normal day so when we get an influx of people there will be minimal Telstra reception.

See you at the races on Saturday 14th November 2026 - gates open at 11am.,
