The situation with AOR is understandably difficult for many customers, and over the past week Track and our dealer partners, including Outback HQ, have spoken with a large number of people affected by the unexpected closure of AOR.
Whilst we can't change what has happened, we want those impacted to know that we're here to help wherever we can and will do everything possible to support you through the next steps.

Every Track product is proudly Australian made at our Bayswater manufacturing facility. Our factory, our people and our commitment to quality are what sets us apart. We don't simply assemble components; we design and build our products in-house from the ground up. Visitors are always welcome, and we encourage customers to tour our factory and see the journey of their van firsthand, from the welding of the Australian steel chassis through to the final quality checks before delivery.
Many members of the Track team have been with us for more than 25 years. Their experience, craftsmanship and genuine passion for what they do are reflected in every trailer and caravan that leaves our factory. For us, it's not just about building products, it's about creating vehicles that allow people to confidently explore Australia's most remote and spectacular destinations.
