Disappointing and to have to reiterate, but sadly we are witnessing and on the receiving end of these comments too often.

My staff should not have to feel uncomfortable or insulted at their place of work and feel they have to remain polite to be safe.

If you hear comments of this kind being directed at our staff (and our young staff on a solo shift in particular) or fellow customers, and feel safe enough to do so, please call it out!
