Following the suspense from our first announcement, we’re excited to introduce The Hon. Victor Dominello as our second keynote speaker for PIEF 2026.

Recognised globally for his work in digital government and public sector transformation, Victor led a number of landmark initiatives during his time as NSW Minister for Customer Service and Digital - the world’s first ministerial role of its kind.

Today, as CEO of the Future Government Institute, Victor works with governments and organisations around the world on leadership, service modernisation, and the future of government.

If you’ve been thinking about putting something forward, this is the time. The sessions people remember aren’t always the most polished, they’re the ones that feel real. The ones that share what’s working, what’s changing, or challenge how we think about the work we do.

PIEF 2026 will take place from 25–27 October at Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre, bringing together people from across the personal injury and disability space to connect, share and learn from each other.

If you’ve got an idea, a case study, or a different way of doing things, we’d love to see it. And it doesn’t need to be a standard presentation. The best sessions often involve the room, not just speak to it.
