I almost didn’t go on my first retreat.

I didn’t know anyone going.

I wasn’t sure I’d fit in.

I kept thinking… what if it’s awkward?

But I went anyway.

And somewhere between the first dinner, the ocean swims and the late-night conversations with women I’d only just met — something shifted.

I stopped waiting to feel ready and just let myself be present.

That trip reminded me of something I’d forgotten.

That the best connections don’t always come from the people you’ve known the longest.

Sometimes they come from a stranger at a dinner table in Bali who just gets it.

That’s why I created SLAM getaways.

Not just for the sunshine and the beautiful resorts — although those help 😉

But for that feeling.

The one where you step away from everything you do for everyone else, and finally do something just for you.

This year, we have two Bali escapes:

🌴 Mums & Kids Bali Getaway
For mums who want a real holiday with their little ones, without doing it all alone.

🌊 Women’s Island Escape
For women who are ready for ocean swims, sunset dinners, new faces and a proper reset.

Both trips are small groups by design.

Both are for women who are ready to say yes to something for themselves.
