1. Be gentle with heat and styling.
Always use a heat protectant to create a barrier between your hair and the heat.

2. Avoid over-washing and harsh routines.
Wash 2–3 times per week, or as needed based on your hair type.

3. Remove buildup regularly so hair can breathe.
Use a clarifying or detox shampoo every 2–4 weeks.

4. Care for your scalp - healthy hair starts at the root.
Regular scalp massages to stimulate blood circulation.

Healthy hair isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing things right.
