Good morning,

*Dear Fellow Co-Labourers*

Today our word of encouragement is taken from 1 Corinthians 3:6–7:

🌱 “ I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.”

This passage reminds us that our efforts, though important, are never the source of true transformation. We may plant seeds of faith through encouragement, teaching, or acts of love, and others may water them with guidance and support. Yet, it is God alone who brings growth, life, and fruitfulness.

✨ *Reflection*
The call here is to humility and trust. We are co-labourers in God’s field, but the harvest belongs to Him. When we feel discouraged that our work seems small or unnoticed, we can rest in the assurance that God is the One who brings increase. Our role is obedience; His role is power.

🙏 *Prayer*
Lord, help me to faithfully plant and water where You lead me, but never forget that it is You who brings growth. May I trust Your timing and rejoice in Your harvest. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen
