1. Keeps your blood sugar stable at night
When you sleep, your brain needs glucose. If blood sugar drops, it triggers stress hormones like cortisol and wakes you up.
A little honey before bed gives your liver a slow-release fuel so you sleep deeper.

2. Boosts melatonin + serotonin
