In every stage or milestone in life we get tested. Whether it's sheer will, resistance, grit, temperament and so on which builds character. How we cope or face those challenges is the success or failure.

We would like to give gratitude to Hope College which gave their students an opportunity to get some character development at Schanmak Village and polishing the diamonds which they are, for they are built under pressure.

LIFE IS LIKE A GAME OF JENGA

Every block in a Jenga tower represents something important in our lives — family, friends, health, faith, education, work, and our dreams.

At first, removing one block may seem harmless. But over time, every decision we make affects the stability of the entire structure. One wrong move, one neglected responsibility, or one poor choice can weaken the foundation we've spent years building.

The lesson? Build carefully. Value the blocks that matter most. Strengthen your foundation every day. And when life becomes shaky, don't panic, focus on rebuilding one block at a time.

Success is not about having the tallest tower; it's about having a strong enough foundation to withstand life's challenges.

Tales around the fire in the night for our camping school, COF Learning Center. The zeal with the students yearning to further their knowledge base is what ensorcelled us. The future is full glimmer. Thank you to the parents, teacher and the institute for giving these students the opportunity to learn leadership, ecosystem, agriculture and heritage.

Fresh from the intensity and excitement of the St John's Mukuru Derby Day, The Heritage School Hornets traded the rugby pitch for the serene surroundings of Schanmak Village on 1 May, where the focus shifted from competition to connection.

The day was dedicated to team building, reflection, and strengthening the bonds that make great teams even greater. Through shared experiences, laughter, and meaningful conversations, the Hornets took time to recharge, celebrate their journey, and look ahead to the challenges and opportunities that await.

We were honoured to host this remarkable group of young athletes and leaders. Their energy, discipline, and camaraderie were truly inspiring.
