Pull off the road into an untouched paradise, set up your camp amongst a few hundred other like-minded enthusiasts, tube along a mountain river through rugged bush and local farmland, and enjoy our riverside entertainment, then party like you’ve never partied before, with live music beneath the African stars. AT THE GATE TICKETS - R750. Should the regular tickets not reach the 1500 person capacity before gates open, you may buy tickets at the gate until that lmit is reached. There is always a chilled and festive vibe on the Friday evening when we have braais, as well as some live entertainment. The Friday night has grown momentum, and has become very popular. Tubing and river stage entertainment will start from at 12 noon on Saturday and the main stage party will commence from 6pm, BUT you are welcome to come and pitch your tent any time from Thursday AT NO EXTRA COST. PLEASE NO GLASS ONSITE OR IN THE RIVER. Tubes will NOT be provided at the event, please bring your own floatation device. Although this event is supported by a full medical response team, as well as official life guards on the river, we advise that you bring a life jacket and any other safety equipment that you may require. We have provided a campsite with toilets and open air cold showers, so no need to drive anywhere after the party! There is NO electricity in the campsite, and camping is very informal. The Winterton Rugby Club will be running our pump service for fundraising, and will pump almost anything for A fee, so don't worry about space in the car you can get your air here. 10 ESSENTIALS FOR LUBE & TUBE
1. We are all here to make friends, menories and have fun.
2. Sun Cream.
3. A floating device (tube, raft etc.).
4. Your ticket if you pre-bought, or R750 to buy one at the gate.
5. A tent and bedding.
6. Slops (for the thorns, this jol is in the bush). Camping is very informal.
7. Gumboots (if it rains and you don’t like wet feet).
8. Life Jacket (optional but advised).
9. Preferably as little glass as possible, whatever you can bring in plastic please do so.

Directions:
From Joburg- Take the N3 for Durban, after the Tugela toll plaza take the Bergville Ladysmith off ramp, turn left for Ladysmith drive 3km take the right turn towards Winterton on the R600 drive about 20km and as you cross over the Tugela we are on the left. From Durban- Take the N3 for Joburg, after shell ultra-city take the Bergville Colenso off ramp, turn left for Bergville Winterton. Drive 20km to Winterton, go straight through Winterton towards Bergville 1km out of Winterton take the R600 to your right towards Ladysmith, drive 20km and just before you cross the Tugela we are on the right.
