Quiet Geometry opens a space where silence speaks, light lingers, and form finds its quiet power.
RK Contemporary presents Quiet Geometry, a group exhibition featuring Leah Johnson, Leah Rolando, and Cynthia Edwards, three artists brought together by a shared sensitivity to colour, line, form, and shadow. Inspired by the architectural poetry of Luis Barragán, this exhibition explores the beauty of restraint, where minimal gestures carry profound emotional weight.
Through her lens, Leah Rolando composes still-life photographs that feel both intimate and intentional. Leah Johnson’s delicate thread work builds layered textile forms, quiet yet intricate structures of connection. Cynthia Edwards brings a playful, expressive energy through her ceramic works, where abstraction meets texture, movement, and bold colour.
Though their mediums differ, their practices meet in a place of contemplation, where colour becomes language, line becomes structure, and shadow transforms into an active, living element.
Quiet Geometry invites you to slow down. To notice. To feel the dialogue between surface and depth, stillness and structure. It is an exhibition that rewards presence.
