Avondale Harp World Avondale Harp World is South Africa's only harp shop. Founded by Ingrid Janse van Rensburg, the shop We are continually expanding our music section.

AVONDALE HARP is the designated agent for SALVI and LYON & HEALY Harps as well as BOW BRAND Strings. We also stock the DUSTY STRINGS Ravenna 26 & 34 harps, as well as the Harpsicles from REES HARPS. We aim to be of assistance with ALL Enquiries.

Four hours this morning to prepare and pack the Bass Wires for each particular venue here in South Africa 🇿🇦 where the harp doctors will be in November. 🪉Thank goodness I’ve kept wine / whisky / gin boxes all this time 😅.

The one leg of my 30-year old Lyon & Healy Folk Harp was not staying put anymore. Our wonderful handyman did his magic and secured the leg once more. My ‘baby’ is once again stable and ready for more steady playing 😅🎶🪉.
