I updated today, as my entire feed was ads. After I did this, yeah I see everyone again. I’m not sure how it works, but it did?
To regain friends in your news feed and get rid of ads - Hold your finger anywhere in this post and click ′copy’. Go to your page where it says ‘What's on your mind?’ Tap your finger anywhere in the blank field. Click paste. This upgrades the system.

Alan Broderick, who had been missing for two days after going for a cycle in the Knysna forest on Saturday 3 December, has been found by rescuers.

A plea to help find missing cyclist Alan Broderick has been sent out after he was last seen cycling in the Knysna forests yesterday, Saturday 3 December.

According to a social media post sent out by Broderick's family he was last seen wearing cycling shoes, orange top and black shorts, black helmet & sunglasses and a black and blue Giant branded mountain bike. Broderick, 58, is described as being 1,9m tall and 92kg.

Anyone with information can contact Gail on 083 565 0461 or Lara on 081 029 0229. "Please keep trying if you can’t get through, there is very little signal in the forest."

R.I.P. Summer Love....

Dame Olivia Newton-John passed away this morning, surrounded by family and friends. We ask that everyone please respect the family’s privacy during this very difficult time.
Olivia has been a symbol of triumphs and hope for over 30 years sharing her journey with breast cancer. Her healing inspiration and pioneering experience with plant medicine continues with the Olivia Newton-John Foundation Fund, dedicated to researching plant medicine and cancer. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made in her memory to the Olivia Newton-John Foundation Fund (ONJFoundationFund.org).
Olivia is survived by her husband John Easterling; daughter Chloe Lattanzi; sister Sarah Newton-John; brother Toby Newton-John; nieces and nephews Tottie, Fiona and Brett Goldsmith; Emerson, Charlie, Zac, Jeremy, Randall, and Pierz Newton-John; Jude Newton-Stock, Layla Lee; Kira and Tasha Edelstein; and Brin and Valerie Hall.
