Tomorrow is Soul-Full Friday for Feb. ✨🌈✨
This is your one chance to come get PLAYFUL together this month, so sack off that bar date (or arrange to arrive after 9pm!) and come on down to Alive Dance for 6pm.
We will be moving and shaking, laughing and connecting, finding freedom in our body/mind/spirits in a totally non-judgmental and relaxed way- it’s time to stop taking yourself too seriously and get serious about having fun! 😋
So come turn that frown upside down and dance/sing/leap your way into the weekend! 🦋💫🦋

I hope you had a divine festive season and/or are recovering beautifully from all the intense energies that arise at the shifting of cycles. 🦉💚

Thank you to all of you wonder-beasts who supported this new kind of practice/event/playshop in 2019, it was brave to step into the unknown and I know brought unexpected gifts to you- exploring voice, body and spirit in fun and free ways...🐸

I hope those of you still teetering in the wings will use this new decade's energy to come forth and join us!😜🙏 From the enquiries I've had about when we starting again, I'm feeling super excited!💥💃🐿

The Dance Alive studio is in hot demand this season (especially with its super sexy new renovations 🙌💃) and so until we reach more of a critical mass of Soul-Full participants we are going to focus on a MONTHLY EVENT.
We will meet EVERY 3RD FRIDAY, in the hopes that we get our numbers up and the energy flowing.🌊
THIS Friday the studio is still in renovation and I am in rehearsal, so we will commence in FEB- the month of LOVE! 💖 3rd Friday will be FRIDAY 21st. I will remind you closer to the time.
It feels far, so I hope u find other ways to connect and move til then, and I hope we can have amazing attendance from Feb and get the sessions more regular later into the year.

Morning beautiful souls. It’s the week of Muizenberg Festival! Today is Open Streets 10am-6pm around Palmer road and surrounds. Come join the fun!!

Soul-Full Friday’s is going to be on PAUSE for the rest of October as I am on site in Swellendam with an amazing project (www.soulcircus.org). It’s like I manifested the traveling circus version of this event!!

However, TODAY I will be doing a taster session as part of the open streets from 2-3ish on Palmer Road...come check it out if u want to find out more about what we do to get Playful on a Friday. 🐝✨🌺
