Set in the heart of Montagu, the Montagu Trail Festival is a true winter trail running celebration — built for runners, supporters, friends and families alike.

Expect a full weekend of incredible mountain views, fast-flowing single track, and just the right amount of climbing - with plenty happening off the trails too.

One of our favourite features returns again this year — on-site childminding, so parents can hit the trails stress-free while the little ones are well looked after!

Friday evening kicks off with the much-loved “Chase the Tuk Tuk” 5km fun run, winding through town and ending with a wine and beer tasting hosted by Montagu Winery and Route 62 Brewery 🍷🍻

From trail runs and live music to great food, local products, prizes, and family activities — this is the winter trail weekend you don’t want to miss.
