Yesterday, the Municipal Manager and I did our part by joining the cyclists of The Midvaal Fast One Cycle Challenge. I hadn’t been on a bicycle in quite some time, but I was ready and excited to push myself beyond my comfort zone.

This week, challenge yourself to try something new. You may surprise yourself with just how well you do.
