Knysna Splash Knysna Splash - fun and excitement for the whole family! Ducks will be available for sale online as well as at the Knysna Waterfront on the day.

Knysna Splash, the Garden Routeโ€™s entertaining family sport and water-based festival and a Rotary Club of Knysna initiative, will take place place on ๐—ง๐—จ๐—˜๐—ฆ๐——๐—”๐—ฌ ๐Ÿฎ ๐—๐—”๐—ก๐—จ๐—”๐—ฅ๐—ฌ ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฐ. Exciting events provide enjoyment for both participants and spectators and challenges for the whole family! Have a great time while supporting some of greater Knysnaโ€™s community projects:
* Watch your yellow duck race in

the SPLASH QUACK ATTACK.
* Brave the waters and for the Knysna SPLASH PEN WATER LAGOON SWIM (450m, 1650m and NEW 3000m swim). The Knysna Open Water Lagoon Swim is presented by the Rotary Club of Knysna and Knysna Aquatics, while the legendary Duck Race held at the Knysna Quays is a Knysna Rotary project. An update will be posted on www.knysnasplash.co.za and a note sent to all swim entrants when the latest directives have been published. We look forward to seeing you all and sharing in the fun-filled 2023/4 Knysna Splash Festival!

A big thank you to all who purchased ducks and came out to watch them race yesterday. Your support enables Knysna Rotary to continue with its Safe Swimming initiative for local children who might not otherwise have the chance to learn to swim.

1100 ducks in total took to the water. There were 2 heats and the first 20 ducks in each heat went through to the final.

1st place: 23 (Wim van Vliet)
2nd place 49 (Wim van Vliet)
3rd place 1024 (Nabil Moola)
4th place 570 (Luise Taeber)

A shout out goes to the friends of Rotary who came on board to help ensure that all went swimmingly. Thank you!
