Participants have asked to wear black or purple to this weekends event in solidarity with the 8 Kempton Park victims and their families. In my personal capacity I would like to ask you to consider supporting this initiative in memory of these victims.

Theres been heavy showers over Serengeti Estate today. Friday rain has caused us problems in the past and we will assess the course asap to determine if we can go ahead or not. Please check the parkrun website or app in the morning before coming through for cancellation.

We are asking pretty please for assistance this week. We are in need of volunteers to fill the following critical positions so we can go ahead on Saturday:
