That was one of the key reflections shared by psychologist Ruth Ancer during today’s Mentorship Circle.

The conversation explored how leaders can better understand emotional triggers, particularly in high-pressure environments where feedback, conflict and decision-making are part of everyday leadership.

The discussion challenged participants to look beyond the immediate moment and develop greater awareness of the emotions, experiences and assumptions that may influence their responses.
