Howard Christie, in his younger years, had a need for speed! Aside from that, he has also been our lead out driver for 22 years of the KAP sani2c!

Finished KAP sani2c and wondering what’s next?

Well… the sani2c nonstop is on this weekend, and we’re jumping on the coverage bandwagon… just to give you a little taste of what it’s all about.

First time you’ve heard someone utter ‘nonstop’? No worries, let us explain. It’s the same (mostly) route as KAP sani2c, just with a different set of rules. So 250km from Underberg to Scottburgh, but done in one push, with a 24-hour cut-off. Read that again.

Most people do it in teams of two with a support crew, but the solo option exists too - your race boxes are just transported to key points along the route. 

We’ll be sharing the action as it unfolds right here on our account. If you’ve ever finished KAP sani2c and thought “I could go a bit further”, this is it.

Nyala Pans humming. Giraffe Alley flowing. Ten kays of riverbank euphoria behind you and then… the Tile Africa Floating Bridge.
This year she wasn’t just floating. A few proper humps and bumps thrown in to keep you honest. Legs buzzing, river beneath you, and suddenly it’s less cruise and more concentration.
Hold your line. Trust your mate. And whatever you do, don’t look down for too long.
It’s not just a crossing. It’s a moment. A wobble. A cheer from the bank. Another proper KAP sani2c memory stamped into Day 2.
