Hermanus parkrun Join us for a free, timed 5km run/walk at 08:00 every Saturday. Find us on the Camphill Rd, Hemel & Aarde Valley, Hermanus. Rain or shine!

Hermanus parkrun is family and dog friendly! parkrun is open to everyone, from beginners to Olympians, from walkers to runners. You set your own pace and are timed for your own benefit.
