Chef Jenny brings over fifteen years of experience to The Kitchen Door at Gabriëlskloof, with a background spanning restaurants, catering, and large-scale kitchen management and design.

Passionate about the people behind the industry, Jenny works closely with and mentors emerging food businesses and SMMEs.

Her cooking is rooted in seasonal produce, wood-fired flavour and warm, generous hospitality — creating honest, farm-style food that brings people together.

Introducing our Judge:
MARIUS PIENAAR, Van Blommestein Butchery

In 2010, Marius attended Warwick's Chef School, where he refined his culinary skills and deepened his passion for food. From 2010 to 2015, he worked in several kitchens in and around Hermanus, gaining valuable experience and developing his craft in the hospitality industry.

In 2006, his family purchased Van Blommestein Butchery, and in mid-2015 Marius officially joined the family business. With meat always being his true passion, he found the perfect space to combine his culinary background with his love for quality produce and craftsmanship.

Jenny Morris, also known as "The Giggling Gourmet", is a celebrity chef and radio personality.
Having run a cooking school since 1997, and appearing on television and radio in South Africa, she has signed to appear on the Food Network, becoming the first South African to host her own show on the channel.
