George Arts Theatre Welcome to The George Society of Arts Theatre! Mondays - Fridays 09:00 - 16:00 Costume Wardrobe is open Monday-Friday from 9-4pm.

Backstage Lounge Cafรฉ is open before each show and during intervals.The theatre is available for hire including our brand new Amphitheatre outside for your enjoyment. A number of full length productions are held throughout the year and every December the Societyโ€™s pantomime is one of the townโ€™s most popular holiday attractions. The Arts Theatre is also a popular venue for many productions given by both national and international artists.
