Fiona & Craig – Mr & Mrs Pechy 🤍

What a celebration! Fiona and Craig brought together family and friends from all over the world for a unforgettable wedding day.

With a beautiful palette of soft pinks and neutral tones, the day began with a stunning ceremony in the Palm Garden, overlooking the breathtaking Franschhoek mountains. Guests then enjoyed canapés by the Bell Tower, Hugo Spritzes, margaritas, and live music as the celebrations got underway.

The speeches brought plenty of laughter and emotion, while the best man’s surprise projector speech had everyone entertained. It was so special to see loved ones travel from across the globe to celebrate this incredible couple.

When Kirya Kuti opened the dance floor, the party truly began and it stayed packed all night long!

A day filled with friendship, laughter and so much love. Congratulations, Fiona & Craig. It was such a privilege to be part of your journey and bring this beautiful day to life. ✨🤍

The Turks — a little bit of Zimbabwe, a little bit of the UK, and a whole lot of love.

What a special wedding this was. I have known the groom’s side of the family since I was very little, so it felt incredibly meaningful to be part of such a lovely weekend celebrating Jess and Seb’s special day.

Guests travelled from the UK and Zimbabwe, creating such a fun mix of people, with many experiencing South Africa properly for the first time and making the absolute most of it. They loved every minute.

Jess and Seb got married at Saronsberg on the most beautiful summer’s day. The weather could not have been more perfect and truly showed off for the couple and their guests. The ceremony took place under the shade of the trees, overlooking the lake and mountains, creating the most beautiful setting.

As Aperols flowed, a vibey saxophonist played in the background, setting such a relaxed and festive atmosphere for the afternoon.

The reception was held alfresco under the summer evening sky, and the setting felt magical. The guests brought such great energy and, at the end of one speech, everyone stood on their chairs singing together — one of those moments that was so fun and memorable to witness.

The dance floor stayed full all night, and you could really feel how happy everyone was to be there celebrating Jess and Seb. They are such a wonderful match and so clearly meant for one another.

A wedding weekend filled with warmth, fun, and so much happiness. I wish we could do it all again.

Jess & Mark – A Valentine’s Day Wedding Love Affair ❤️

Weddings like these stay with you ,full of love, laughter, and moments you don’t forget. Jess & Mark celebrated at Pat Busch Mountain Reserve, making the most of a full wedding weekend with their guests. Everyone was so well looked after, and the excitement lasted from start to finish.

Their forest ceremony, complete with a Johnny Clegg song and officiated by a close friend, felt intimate, personal, and perfectly tied into their Bushlife-themed weekend. Jess & Mark put so much thought and intention into every detail, yet nothing ever felt overdone .The day remained effortlessly down to earth and a true reflection of who they are.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed refreshing drinks by the pool with breathtaking mountain views before heading to the reception, where the MC kicked things off with one of the funniest games I’ve seen — one person from each table had to find ten items, leaving the whole room in hysterics. The speeches were heartfelt, reflecting Jess & Mark’s love and the joining of their families. Espresso martinis were flowing, a friend joined the DJ on sax, and the dance floor quickly turned into a celebration to remember.

The weekend didn’t end there — Sunday was spent poolside, relaxing, recovering, and reliving all the best moments from the day before. Filled with so much love and happiness, it was clear how much it meant to everyone to celebrate together over Valentine’s.

Jess & Mark are such a down-to-earth couple who embrace life and the people around them. This wedding was an absolute joy to be part of — one of those weekends that reminds you exactly why you love what you do. ✨

Kelsey & Hechel

Kelsey and Hechel’s wedding was a sophisticated black-tie celebration with a timeless black-and-white aesthetic. Planning from afar, they trusted me completely while juggling busy schedules in France.

Guests arrived in black tie, creating a refined and elegant atmosphere. They said their “I do’s” with the Franschhoek mountains as a backdrop, in a heartfelt ceremony officiated by their family church.

Pre-drinks were guided by a saxophonist through the gardens, with canapés and ice cream in the sunshine. The couple entered the reception with a bang, and the space, draped in sweeping fabric with white tulips, felt elegant and sophisticated.

After a delicious meal, guests discovered a hidden nightclub for the after-party, complete with a special performance from a local band.

It was such a joy to bring Kelsey and Hechel’s vision to life and see so many familiar faces again.

The Lupini’s – La Paris

Gemma and Paolo brought such a great energy to the planning process. They were relaxed and fun, which made working with them an absolute pleasure from start to finish.

Their wedding took place at the beautiful La Paris, where the original vision was to host an alfresco dinner on the lawn. However, the Cape wind had other plans. By midday we made the call to move the reception indoors, choosing comfort for the guests over the outdoor setup. Letting go of the initial plan wasn’t easy, but in the end the space inside came together beautifully and created a warm, intimate atmosphere.

The day began with a personal ceremony in the rose garden, surrounded by blooms and the estate’s natural beauty. Afterwards, guests gathered for lively pre drinks in the arbour where a beautifully styled bar became a focal point. Aperol Spritz flowed freely while the saxophonist set the mood, and guests enjoyed delicious roaming canapés along with a hibachi live station.

The reception kicked off with a bridal party entrance that immediately got the room buzzing. Speeches were sincere and thoughtful, followed by a generous feast to table dinner where guests tucked into a variety of dishes together.

Once the formalities wrapped up, the celebration really took off. Espresso martinis started circulating through the crowd and the dance floor quickly filled, exactly as Gemma and Paolo had hoped, a proper party with everyone involved.

A truly fun loving couple who embraced every moment of the day, even when plans had to shift. I would plan this wedding all over again with them in a heartbeat.

From the very beginning, Megan and Justin were an absolute joy to work with. Kind, genuine, and wonderfully easygoing, they embraced the planning process with complete trust and a calm, happy energy that made every step feel effortless.

Their vision was beautifully clear, a celebration inspired by lemons, summer herbs, fresh seasonal food, and a light, natural aesthetic. The day unfolded just as they had imagined, beginning with a romantic garden ceremony in the sunshine and surrounded by lush greenery.

Following the ceremony, guests gathered on the lawn for live food stations that created a social, free-flowing atmosphere. It encouraged connection, conversation, and a sense of togetherness that reflected the couple’s warm personalities. One of the most touching moments of the day was Megan’s first dance with her dad outdoors, relaxed and real.

As the celebration continued, guests enjoyed a delicious family-style dinner at the tables, bringing everyone together in a way that felt both abundant and meaningful. When evening settled in, the festivities carried on under the open sky with live music, laughter, and a dance floor filled with their closest friends and family as Megan and Justin soaked in every moment.

Effortless, joyful, and full of warmth, their wedding was a true reflection of who they are as a couple and a celebration that was an absolute pleasure to be part of.
