Parkrun is a wonderful free event which takes place every Saturday at 8am.

Walk, jog or run.. Get out and breathe the wonderful fresh air. There is nothing quite like a ramble through our beautiful forest.🌳

If that is not for you, please consider volunteering as without our volunteers the parkrun could not happen. The volunteers are out there to ensure everyone is safe and happy along the course.🏃‍➡️

Volunteering at parkrun is about so much more than filling a role on a Saturday morning. It’s about connection, community, encouragement, and being part of something bigger than yourself. 💙

Whether you’re cheering at the finish funnel, scanning barcodes, marshalling on the course, or helping set up before sunrise, every volunteer helps create the welcoming atmosphere that makes parkrun so special.

What a beautiful autumns day. 🍂

🌟 Congratulations to Anton Roos on his 25th parkrun 🥳

We had a visitor from Durban join us, its always a great Saturday when we get to show off our special parkrun and all it has to offer.

Thank you to all our who joined in and shared your morning with us.

I am excited to announce that two very special forays will be taking place on Saturday 30 May and Saturday 6 June at the Dlinza Forest Aerial Boardwalk in Eshowe KZN!

This forest is a national treasure and is packed with rare and unique fungi 🍄✨

The boardwalk is in need of funds for it's upkeep and so all proceeds from refreshments and an additional 25% will be donated for this purpose.

Lets meet under the trees and be in Nature together learning the deeper knowledge of mushrooms!
