With the 2023 schoolboy Rugby season coming to a start, Konke Sports would like to present the “UHURU RUGBY SCHOOLS FESTIVAL “ an exciting first of it’s kind Preseason tournament hosted at Kuswag Skool at during the term 1 school holidays.

April 4,6 & 8

"UHURU"meaning, Independent/Freedom.

This tournament strives to ultimately revive rugby at school level.

The festival will be an under 16 and 19 round-robin tournament that will cater to schools nationwide.

They will be 36 games played split between two fields, over three days and prize money to be awarded to both winning teams in the finals.

R10 000.00 will be awarded to the U16 winners. 🏆

R15 000.00 will be awarded to the U19
winners. 🏆
