After careful consideration, the Ilanga Cup organizing committee made the tough decision to indefinitely cancel the 2024 Ilanga Cup event. The best interest of our teams and stakeholders is always our number one priority, and this move allows us to focus on maximizing their involvement in larger-scale events that pose a greater opportunity to showcase and highlight their innovations, participation, and involvement.

We will continue to acknowledge and celebrate all the achievements and innovations that took place at the Ilanga Cup and wish all our solar car teams the best of luck with the ongoing preparations of their solar car projects.
