Happy New Year🎉!!

GymnasFit classes will continue from the 30th of January 2018

Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 19:30 till 21:00

Venue: Centurion Gymnastics Club

Gymnasfit is a carefully thought out gymnastics orientated fitness program.

The program includes:

Stretching
Gymnastics on all disciplines
Calisthenic workouts
Strength training
Ropes
Trampolines
Tire flipping.and much more

We would like to finish the term off on a positive note by thanking you all for your cooperation this year so far..
You are all fantastic and we have noticed tremendous improvement in everyone.
