EVENT SET UP PART 2 💥

From last week’s behind-the-scenes chaos to the final reveal, here’s how it all came together.

Multiple brands. Moving parts. Live activations. High pressure. Zero room for error.

At Morii Events, we specialise in large-scale event setups, and this project was exactly that in motion.

We stepped in as the central force, driving logistics, on-the-ground setup, and vendor coordination to keep every element aligned and moving seamlessly.

From first truck in to final detail, every piece had to land perfectly. And it did.

This past weekend we brought a wedding to life for a beautiful couple at Monterey in Bishopscourt and honestly, it was one for the books. 💝✨

An intimate celebration for 60 guests, the brief was to create a garden lunch mood, something personal, special, and truly reflective of the couple.

From the setting alone to the long, elegant tables and soft, abundant blooms, every detail landed exactly where it needed to. Clean, considered, and effortlessly beautiful.
