Listen & Digest is a food and music based concept (both figuratively and literally), the idea departs from the point that the soul MUST be fed either through the ear or tickling of taste buds. The pop-up concept is led by its founder Sibusiso Ncangayi (That Guy S’bu) from Cape Town and his many long time co-collaborators across the country.

For this instalment, Listen & Digest visits Hue Cafe in Durban for an intimate vinyl only listening and dance session. He invites fellow collaborators from across the country to join him in re-imagining and presenting this idea.
