Break out your bunny baskets!

This Easter Weekend, Hollywoodbets Kenilworth gets a holiday twist as we transform the venue into a fun‑filled Kids’ Zone packed with excitement, colour, and Easter cheer. Little ones can hop into the action with a marshmallow egg hunt, while our friendly Bunny will be roaming the grounds for photos, high‑fives, and giggles.

And the fun isn’t just for the little ones - adults can join in the spirit with a Golden Horse Hunt, adding a playful challenge to the day. With racing as usual and festive touches throughout, it’s the perfect family outing to kick off April with joy, laughter, and a little Easter magic this school holiday.

Looking for something to do with the kids when the weather turns wet? Our famous, FREE Kids’ Zone will be moving indoors for winter at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth Racecourse for race days.

The same jumping castles, air hockey, craft areas, face painting and free treat station - but indoors! Find the Kids’ Zone on the third floor from 30 March at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth. Gates open at 11am.

With a special Local is Lekker menu at the bar to celebrate , Saturday is looking like the perfect day to spend at the track at Hollywoodbets Durbanville. Keep the kids entertained in the free Kids’ Zone while Jan-Hendrik Fourie provides the live entertainment.

The final event on the Summer Festival of Racing calendar, the Lucky Fish Cape Derby was the perfect way to round up a fantastic season. Live music, fresh seafood, family fun - we had it all!
