I feel honoured, humbled and incredibly proud to be opening Salt & Sage in my Bantry Bay home.
Thinking about the journey and how I got here, takes me back to when I heard that Denise was looking for an assistant, as the business had grown extensively. I looked at the Ginger & Lime website and thought “NO WAY. This place is just too amazing! There’s no chance I will ever get the job.” But as fate would have it, after a brief chat with Denise, I was hired on the spot. I think she felt my passion and realised my potential. Having just graduated from University, this was an ideal space for me to work hard, to learn and to grow, and to find my identity as an adult.
We have worked together with integrity and unity for 3 and a half years now, and we are still passionate about what we do. We are way more than just colleagues, as Denise, Almo and Paula have become my work-family, my friends.
I feel privileged to have this opportunity to fly the flag high for Denise, the team and for our loyal guests, and to see where this exciting journey will lead me.
