HACC 2026 is opening its doors to media and industry ahead of the festival — and you're invited.

Join us on Wednesday, 9 September as we unveil our official selection of premium African and Middle Eastern films for the HACC 2026 programme. It's your first look at the line-up, the story behind this year's theme "Our Land, Our Heritage," and what's coming to Cape Town from 30 October – 2 November alongside Fameweek Africa.

Media are invited to attend the launch and join HACC 2026 itself as accredited delegates — press accreditation opens on our website from 9 September.
