Run With Endurance 5K 5K/1 mile Run/Walk on 9-23-17 at 8:00 am in York, SC! Proceeds benefit St. Vincent de Paul and Ri and to Tender Hearts Ministries in York, SC.

The Fourth Annual 2017 Run With Endurance 5K will be held at Divine Saviour Church, located in historic York, SC, on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 8:00 am. The event offers two routes:
the Run With Endurance 5K route and
the "Deacon's Mile" 1 mile route. The Run With Endurance will also offer a Virtual Race option again in 2017, allowing those who cannot be at the race to still support and parti

cipate--anytime, anywhere! This community event is open to runners and walkers of all ages and ability levels and promises to be a morning filled with fun and friendly competition! First held in 2014 to invite the local community to help celebrate the church's 50th Anniversary in its current location, it saw over 120 participants and race proceeds were donated to the church's St. Vincent de Paul fund and to Friends of the Oratory in Rock Hill, SC. The race continued again in 2015 in response to the overwhelmingly positive and successful community support! Sadly, due to the mighty arrival of Hurricane Joquain the night before and morning of the race, the 2015 event was reluctantly cancelled race morning, for the safety of our participants. In 2015, there were approximately 137 pre-registered participants and more than 35 local business supporters. In December 2015, over $2,000 in race proceeds was donated to P.A.T.H. The Run With Endurance 5K is one the newest local 5K events for area runners and plans to continue to grow in 2017!
