Please sign the petition below to help Iain Anderson’s late evening show on Radio Scotland. They are cutting four non mainstream music shows from their schedules starting in 2026 and our local live music industry can’t afford to lose them. These are The Iain Anderson Show, Roddy Hart, Billy Sloan, and Natasha Raskin Sharp's show. Iain Anderson in particular presents a show that regularly gives airtime to unsigned and emerging acts. Please help by making your voice heard! 👍

Strathearn Arts is hosting the launch night for John Paul Mason’s debut album ‘Overstory’ this Saturday night. ‘Overstory’ is a great piece of work and John Paul has gathered a fantastic group of musicians to accompany him for the concert. We’re thrilled to share that one of our Crieff Summer Festival stars is back – and this time, with an entire album.

🌿 Overstory is the debut release from singer-songwriter John Paul Mason – a beautiful, nature-drenched collection of songs born of rivers, birdsong, forests and feeling deeply rooted in the land we call home.

🪕 Expect earthy folk, poetic lyrics, and a performance that might just make your soul sigh with joy. Joined by a full band of local musicians and support from guest vocalists Anna Howells and Susy Wall, this promises to be a very special night indeed.
