Please Note: This post is not a forum to complain about Elmore Equestrian Park or their facilities, it is simply to update you on the current situation. If you have feedback or concerns (not relating to the Spring Carnival), please email EEP direct and respectfully share your point of view. The ABSS are currently negotiating terms relating to our show, we cannot change the terms and conditions for use of the facility outside of our events.

Dear Competitors and Supporters of the ABSS Spring Carnival,
By now, you may have heard that Elmore Equestrian Park (EEP) have made some recent changes regarding accessing the facility, the need to book a stable or yard, and the way they collect the facility fee. We would like to provide some clarification to help with your preparations.
Rather than paying facility fees with your entries, you now pay you $15 per horse, per day, when you book your camping, stables or yards. This is a great option, as it prevents any confusion if you enter different rings, under different breed societies. You do it all in one place - easy peasy!
EEP have introduced a new gate system which requires you to have your licence plate pre-registered to enter the facility. This is normally done when you book stables or camping. You may have also heard that tying to floats is no longer permitted and everyone has to book a yard. This is free of charge, however a $10 bond does apply to ensure they are properly cleaned out.
While this is a permanent, ongoing process for smaller shows, the simple fact is that the Spring Carnival will far exceed the stable and yard limits. With this in mind, we will be working with EEP to provide you with an alternative solution for our overflow and those only coming for the day, and will update everyone as soon as we have that locked in.
Stable and camping bookings will remain closed until we come to an effective solution for everyone.
Thanks for your patience and we will keep you updated as soon as we can 🙏
