Some reminders
-There will be no bounce house this year due to insurance related challenges. We may look to do an activity table for the kiddos. Coloring, ornament painting, and face painting.
-We need a head count on people that are camping, if anyone is this year. Tent or Camper?
-Team dues should be in by Monday, September 15
-Sponsorship is $165 with a banner, $100 without a banner.
-We will be looking for firewood/pallets like normal if anyone has the drop.

Happy to announce Rolling Spirits will be serving up a creative blend of homemade lemonades and mocktails for all three days at the Christmas In October Coed Softball Tourney. Their schedule will be
• October 3 – 5 PM through 8–9 PM.
• October 4 – 11 AM to 7 PM.
• October 5 – 9 AM to 3 PM.

More about Rolling Spirits:

A fully licensed mobile drink trailer based in NH. They specialize in handcrafted mocktails, fresh lemonades, and fun non-alcoholic drink specials that are always a hit with both players and families. They also do private events as a full bar service.

On December 12th, we will be closing out our fundraiser with participating in Pub Mania (the greatest barstool challenge).

Drumroll please 🥁 🥁 🥁 Christmas In October Coed Softball Tourney raised $4,000 for Mix Cash & Cans, and $4,000 for the Lakes Region Children's Auction. Thank you to everyone who participated and supported the tournament.
