Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, creating and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
Alternatively, a degree in Economics with proven sales experience in Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Elevators, or Automatic Parking Systems.
Experience: Preferably 3 years of technical sales experience in M&E, ELV, Car Parking Systems, etc.
B2B sales experience is a plus.
Proven experience in managing Sales Departments and Sales teams.
Established network with project development companies and real estate project design firms.
Skills: Fluent in English for effective communication.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
