Station 1 Event Center Book your next event with us! We host weddings & all your gathering needs! Seating 320, + new patio! Off the back patio, there is room for your outdoor ceremony.

Station 1 Event Center was built in conjunction with the new Zimmerman/ Livonia Fire District Fire Station 1. The building was designed to accommodate large events with guest capacity of 320 people. The Event Center offers a large banquet area with all new tables and chairs. The large dance floor provides plenty of room for your guests to dance. The back patio also provides a great area to socialize and get a breath of fresh air. The Event Center also offers a catering kitchen and a bar area. Both food and beverages must be provided by an approved Caterer. Caterers may submit the online application to become an approved caterer. The Event Center also offers a conference room for 8 to 10 guests which is also available for the bridal party to gather. Rental rates are available at www.station1events.com
