We will be sending off our girls cross country team as they head to the CHSAA state championships in Colorado Springs tomorrow, Friday October 29th! Please feel free to line south Main Street from 10th Avenue to Highway 34 or join the middle and elementary students in lining Elm street on the east side of YMS and MES.

YHS staff, please es**rt your 2nd hour classes to the sidewalk along the North parking lot of the new YHS addition at 10:50. Students will report to advisement after the send-off to be given extended lunch status for the day after the send-off and their attendance will need to be taken.

The girls team and coaches will be departing the YHS North parking lot at 11:00 and should be traveling by the middle and elementary school shortly thereafter.

Our girls and coaches would love your support and we are so proud of what they have already accomplished!

WHAT a GREAT DAY! Thanks to all the volunteers, sponsors and YOU the race participants . It was such a joy to see all the smiling faces and (whew!) we had a little break in the weather! Proceeds from the event go to help with renovations for the Yuma Museum - but the community is the true winner! Pictures coming soon! And results can be found at

Packet pick up and registration will be available at Bank of Colorado on Friday, June 18th from 10 am to 1pm. Race Day Reg is available Saturday, June 19th at 6am. Race starts at 7:10 am

ONLINE REG ends tonight at Midnight! Register at runsignup.com and search for 5:10 to Yuma . Packets will be available at Bank of Colorado Friday from 10am to 1pm and RaceDay Morning from 6am to 7am at 2nd and Main. Registration will also be available on Friday at Bank of Colorado (10am-1pm) OR Race Day registration from 6am to 7am. To assure you get the shirt size you want register sooner than later!

The 5:10 To Yuma is on Saturday June 19, 2021. It includes the following events: 5K Run and 10K.
