Darlings, Mother Summer is not leaving quietly.
Sister Autumn may be waiting in the wings, tapping one perfectly polished shoe and insisting that September is her time, but Mother Summer had other plans this weekend.
The Midwest was hot, the chrome was shining, and a few new crowns found their homes. 👑
Wisconsin gave Society plenty to jot down.
At Fire in the Hills, Miss Classy Chassis, Cathy Blackmon, was crowned Miss Firecracker Pin Up Contest with Millie Rose Mitchell named first runner-up and Casandra Mientke second runner-up.
Elsewhere, another trio of pinups claimed titles at the Miss High Octane Pinup Contest. Miss Chevious Lilly Lue took the title of Miss High Octane 2026, Miss Darling Avenleigh May was named Miss Burnin’ Rubber, and Miss D'Meanor took home Miss Oil Slick.
Congratulations, ladies. Society does love seeing another sash make its way across the Midwest. 💋
Wisconsin certainly kept Crown Watch busy this weekend. Apparently Illinois saw all that sash activity and said, “Hold my lucite purse.”
Next weekend, Society has its eye on 2026 Aroma Park Pin Up Contest, Miss JalopyFest Pinup Contest and Miss Throwback Pinup Contest in Illinois, while Mississippi Mayhem keep Wisconsin firmly in the conversation.
Four pinup contests. One Midwest weekend. 👀👑
There is plenty more happening across the region, of course. This isn’t everything, darlings. It’s simply what Society is watching.
Something tells us next Monday’s report may require a little extra ink.
