Join our beloved Youngstown Solidarity Lending Library at the Youngstown Community Pride 2026 this Saturday and enjoy a free picnic, music, crafts, workshops, talks, local community org tables and more!

We love pop up libraries! Come meet the new crew, whose awesome lending library offers access to a wide range of publications and other materials that aid labor, social justice, human rights, labor history and movement organizing from the bottom up. Located in the Calvin Center and open to new members and donations! Check out their LGBTQIA collection at Pride and get a library card to check out great materials!

As we spring into summer, we want to say a huge, heartfelt thank you to the hundreds of people who came together to make the fourth annual Youngstown May Day Fest 2026 at the Calvin Center for the Arts such a huge, welcoming, inclusive, creative, inspiring success. From music, to talks, to crafts, to giant birds and rainbow flag dancing, this festival had something beautiful for everyone. Thank you from the the whole 2026 organizing crew, and we look forward to building a better future with you now, and always!
