We’re excited to welcome Cirak for a live guided meditation and healing experience centered around presence, embodied awareness, and reconnecting with greater clarity within ourselves.

Cirak is a contemporary teacher, author, and facilitator whose work brings together meditation, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and direct self-inquiry. His teachings are designed to help us move beyond overthinking and habitual emotional patterns and experience greater presence and clarity in our everyday lives.

Cirak has shared his work internationally and through leading centers and organizations including Omega Institute, Kripalu, Menla, Mindvalley, and the Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening.
