Still reminiscing about Pink Pilates & Prosecco: The Pink Reset 🥹💗

What meant the most wasn’t just seeing everyone enjoy the experience, it was watching women show up for themselves.

They worked 🧘🏽‍♀️
They recovered ✨
They laughed, mingled, and made new connections while reconnecting with old ones 🥂💕

THAT is what these experiences are all about

And y’all already knowwwww… the next Pink Pilates & Prosecco Experience is already being planned and we are CRAZY excited about what’s coming next! 👀💗

So the only question is…

Will we see YOU at the next one?! 👀🥂

Still smiling about The Pink Reset 🩷🥂

What an experience! From movement and connection to moments of rest and recovery, Pink Pilates & Prosecco: The Pink Reset was everything we hoped it would be

A special thank you to Shadowfax, our Wellness Partner, for supporting the vision and helping us bring this experience to life 🩷

And a huge thank you to Maisha of Detox to Retox for being part of the experience and bringing her energy into the room

But most importantly, thank you to the women who SHOWED UP FOR THEMSELVES 🫶🏾

You made the time
You moved your body
You laughed
You connected
You rested
You poured back into YOU

That’s what these experiences are all about, creating space to step away from everything else for a moment and choose yourself

Thank you for spending your Saturday with us and trusting The Oasis at Sara Ellen to create that space for you 🩷

Until the next experience… ✨

Movement is Lauren's love language at this point 😂🩷

A little Pilates + strength training in my home studio today, rocking my pink and finishing it off with some time on the vibration plate because we are officially in Pink Reset mode!

She's prepping my mind AND my body for Saturday, and seriously so excited for everyone to experience what we’ve been putting together. ✨

And listen… the workout is only the beginning. 👀
