What a day, the 2nd annual stick man timed event was bigger and better than we could have ever hoped for. The cattle were awesome and we can’t thank our stock contractors enough mr Derrick Bass, Stephanie Jed Stone, and Justin Thigpen. Thank you to everyone that stepped in to help load cattle, work gates, secretary, judge, prepare food,and do everything it take to make it run smooth and easy. Thank you to all the sponsors that made this event possible we of course couldn’t do it without y’all. KC performance horses, SCTrailers, JX2 and NTRL Team Roping, Gunter’s grading , Lazy 5 Ranch, Harward brothers Livestock market, Rocky creek veterinary services, and the mousseau family. Y’all are awesome. There’s nobody that loves being a cowboy and seeing cowboys step to the plate and complete in every event more than Chet and I know he enjoyed it because we saw some great cowboys step up and show out. Congratulations to all our winners. Dustin Jacobson was our timed event winner, and Chloe Cox was our champion in the breakaway. 364 more days until we do it all again and we hope our event continues to grow to raise more money to help with the healing and support of our friend and idol Mr Chet Kidd.
